Plan access

An Event Pass includes three successful plan generations during its 30-day term. Planner and Studio subscriptions include the displayed monthly generation allowance and renew until cancelled. Revisiting a generated plan and swapping its vendors do not consume additional generations.

Estimates and vendor relationships

Matches and prices are planning estimates based on information available when the plan is created. Unfold does not guarantee vendor availability, final quotes, performance, or acceptance of a booking request. Vendors are independent businesses, and any final service agreement is between you and the vendor.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate planning information and for keeping your account secure. Purchased results are available only to the account that owns the plan.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the displayed one-time charge or recurring monthly charge and agree to the Refund Policy. Subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape vendor data, share purchased access outside your planning household, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or use vendor information for unsolicited marketing.

Changes and applicable rights

The version you accept at checkout is recorded with the transaction. Updated terms apply only when presented for acceptance. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
