For plan purchases, Unfold stores non-sensitive transaction records such as internal account and plan identifiers, Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, amount, currency, test/live mode, status, timestamps, accepted terms version, and refund totals.

Stripe processes payment credentials. Unfold does not store card numbers, security codes, bank-account credentials, or payment-method billing addresses in its application database.

We use product analytics to understand planner completion, checkout starts, successful unlocks, failures, cancellations, and refunds. Analytics properties exclude names, email addresses, free-text planning details, payment credentials, and authentication tokens.

Contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests. Legal retention obligations may require us to retain limited transaction records.

This pre-launch policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
